Nicola is excited to share her two new books for children coming soon.
My Light Shines Bright With Liora is a gentle children’s book for ages 6–12 that supports emotional wellbeing, self-acceptance and inner calm.
Guided by Liora, a soft being of light, children are invited to explore their inner world in a safe, playful and non-pressurised way. There is no expectation to see, sense or achieve anything, the journey is simply about being.
Alongside the story, a combined colouring book and journal is offers quiet pages for drawing, colouring and resting with creativity, allowing children to express themselves in their own time.
Both books complement each other and offer support and well-being independently. However, together they gently remind children that their light is already shining, just as they are.

NEW TEACHER TRAINING FORMAT COMING FOR 2026
(November 2025)
Nicola Farmer has decided to update the ICU Programme for the children, which will necessitate a change in the Teacher Training Programme. All trainee teachers will also be taught how to deliver the Discovering Me Programme.
Combing the two methods will enhance the programme for the children and offer them an advanced experience and developmental opportunities.
ICU ACADEMY BOOK & THE TELEPATHY TAPES

My book was published just a few months ago and has already been making waves around the world. The response has been incredibly heartwarming, with readers and parents from all corners of the globe resonating with the message of empowered children, expanded perception, and a new paradigm in education.
The foreword of the book was written by the visionary Ky Dickens, producer of the ground-breaking podcasts, and someone I deeply admire for her courage to explore the frontiers of human consciousness.
Ky and I met a couple of years ago, when she was planning to make a movie and she also took the ICU Teacher Training Programme.
Well… something magical is unfolding. Ky is now in full creative flow, crafting a new cinematic piece that ventures even further into the unseen worlds of human potential and yesterday, she was at my home, filming with me to include the transformational work we’re doing at ICU Academy.
It was a profound day filled with emotion, truth, and light. The children, as always, were luminous—showcasing not just their blindfolded skills, but the joy, confidence, and expanded awareness they embody as a result of the ICU Programme. Their brilliance left everyone present both speechless and inspired. It was also a blessing to have input and support from some of the Academy’s teachers—thank you Tonia, Michelle, Paula and Lisa.
This is more than a film; it’s a movement—a movement that says: “ALL children are capable of far more than we’ve ever imagined.” And that the future of education, healing, and consciousness is already here, living and breathing in the hearts of these incredible young beings.
I’m honoured, grateful, and so excited for what’s to come. Many incredible human beings are creating ways for children to live authentically and show us all what human potential truly is. The world is watching and what they’re about to see might just change everything.

SUPERHUMAN MOVIE FEATURING ICU ACADEMY
Caroline Corey’s film, Superhuman, features some of the children who have taken the ICU Programme and offers further information about the ICU Programme and Academy.
Caroline visited us here in the UK in the summer of 2018 with her crew to interview and film the children as part of her creation.
The whole film offers insight into many esoteric subjects and is enlightening on many levels.
