This typifies what we at the ICU Academy believe are the qualities a teacher should have and when teaching ICU it brings out these qualities to the highest levels.
Children are receptive and keen to learn, when they are inspired and feel passion for the subject. Therefore, as an ICU Teacher we train people who hold all of these qualities and many more.

Qualified Teachers have completed their full training programme, have been assessed and presented the necessary qualities and experience to be Certified as an ICU Teacher.
Teachers in Training have completed the training programme and are in the process of carrying out ‘case studies’ in order to qualify. Each trainee teacher will have reached a level of competency that enables them to work with children whilst they take their final steps to qualification.
