Four Inspiring Days
The ICU Academy Teacher Training Programme is delivered over four consecutive days by Nicola Farmer, Founder and Creator of ICU Academy. To ensure continuity and the richest learning experience, all four days must be attended together and cannot be divided between different training dates.
DAY ONE
Aligning Ego & Spirit and Heart Coherence
This inspiring day focuses on your own development and preparation for becoming an ICU Academy Teacher.

DAY TWO
Discovering Me Practitioner
The Discovering Me Practitioner Course beautifully complements the ICU Teacher Training and may also be used independently with children, teenagers and young adults.
This pioneering programme introduces creative, practical and heart-centred approaches that help young people navigate emotional challenges while rediscovering confidence, resilience and joy.
You will learn how to help children and young people:
Understand and work positively with their own energy
Develop emotional awareness and resilience
Build confidence and self-belief
Navigate experiences such as bullying and relationship challneges
Encourage self-healing and self-empowerment
Develop greater self-understanding
Create a stronger sense of purpose and fulfilment
Each practice can be adapted to suit every child’s individual needs, allowing you to provide compassionate and effective support.
The day also includes practical preparation for establishing your ICU practice.
DAYS THREE & FOUR
ICU Teacher Certification
These two immersive days focus on becoming a confident and competent ICU Academy Teacher.
