Every Child Carries Extraordinary Potential
The ICU Programme has been thoughtfully designed to help children, between the ages of 6 and 12 years, develop confidence, emotional resilience, self-awareness and an expanded understanding of themselves through a unique and inspiring learning experience. Working alongside mainstream education, the programme offers children an opportunity to strengthen the qualities that support learning, relationships and personal growth, while encouraging them to discover abilities they may never have realised they possessed. The programme is delivered individually, in person, by a Qualified ICU Academy Teacher or a Teacher in Training and has been carefully structured to support each child at their own pace.
The Journey
The ICU Programme is now delivered in two complementary parts, creating a gentle progression that prepares each child for the experiences ahead.
Part One – The Discovering Me Programme
Two introductory sessions
The programme begins with two Discovering Me sessions, designed to help children understand themselves before beginning the ICU Programme.
Session One
Energy Understanding & Expansion
Children begin exploring their own energy through creative, engaging and practical activities that encourage greater self-awareness and emotional understanding. This session helps children feel relaxed, confident and connected with themselves while laying the foundations for the journey ahead.
Session Two
Confidence Building
Confidence is one of the greatest gifts we can offer a child. Through enjoyable experiences and encouraging activities, children strengthen their self-belief, recognise their own abilities and begin to understand that they are capable of far more than they may have imagined.
These two sessions create a strong foundation for the ICU Programme and help every child begin their journey feeling supported, encouraged and ready to explore.
Part Two – The ICU Programme
Ten Individual Sessions
Following Discovering Me, children continue with ten individual ICU sessions, each lasting one hour. Every session allows them to develop naturally, operate at a pace that enables them to work within the right hemisphere of the brain, bypassing the left brain logic and develop their innate gifts, regardless if they see blindfolded or not.
Throughout the programme, children participate initially using colourful books and may progress to a wider variety of creative, engaging and enjoyable activities, all designed to encourage curiosity, confidence and expanded awareness.
Activities may include:
Books – Games – Puzzles – Art and Creative Projects – Building Bricks and Construction Challenges – Clay modelling – Picture and Playing Cards – Computers and iPads (discretionary) – Memory and Perception Activities – Problem-solving Challenges and so much more.
Every session is designed to be enjoyable, encouraging children to learn through exploration rather than pressure.
Every Child’s Journey Is Different
No two children experience the programme in exactly the same way, some children become noticeably more confident, some improve their concentration, others discover greater emotional resilience. Some become more curious and creative, some surprise themselves with abilities they never expected. All children explore seeing whilst wearing a comfortable blindfold, some develop this ability, some do not, however, both experiences are equally valuable.
Success is never measured by outcome, the greatest transformation is often the confidence, self-belief and joy that children discover within themselves.

Beyond the Sessions
As children grow in confidence, the positive changes often extend beyond the programme itself. Parents regularly tell us they notice improvements at home, at school and in everyday life. Children often become more willing to try new experiences, communicate more openly and believe more deeply in their own abilities. Many of the children demonstrate greater degrees of love.

Delivered with Integrity
The ICU Programme is delivered exclusively in person on a one-to-one basis.
We believe children benefit most through genuine human connection, individual guidance and a learning environment where they feel safe, relaxed and encouraged. For this reason, the programme is not delivered online or remotely.
